Plantar Fasciitis?
Alright, I've got Plantar Fasciitis says the foot Doctor and I've had it since the end of school(concocted during track). I stopped running so it would heal up, but everytime it starts to get better I do something like jumping on a trampoline for 4 hours, do calve exercises at the gym(big mistake), or even swimming and it comes back.
I go to the chiropracter and he does these pressure point things with electric current, I freeze water bottles and roll my foot over it for an hour twice a day(sometimes I only do it once a day), and I'm not on my feet very much besides when I go to the gym(I just work abs and arms, nothing that might hurt my foot) or the pool. Also, I'm getting custom orthotics. Sooooo, you would think this stupid problem would go away so I can start running again.
Yet I still have it and it's bothering me today because apparently when I swam yesterday to get some cardio I used that muscle too much and it's pretty sore today.
What can I do to heal this up?
Plantar fascitis is often caused by tight calf muscles. Are you stretching your calf? Here's are two articles to read from Runnersworld and RunningTimes

Another good exercise is to place a towel on the floor and try to pick it up with your toes. This helps strengthen your foot.
