Can anyone give me any information on an old pool cue that I have?

I have an old pool cue probably made right after WWll. The back end is hollow and the top piece actually goes inside it, doubling as a walking cane. The islands of Japan are etched on the bottom half of cue with cities named and certain points of interest ecthed in stick also. There are also what appears to be bomber planes shown flying over Japan. There is also some Japanese writings etched on stick. I've had this pool cue for over 20 years and haven't been able to find any information on it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If any need to see pictures, I would be happy to send some. Thanks

I have seen similar pool cues in cane style. It really depends on what kind of condition it is in. A friend of mine has one dated back to the 1940's and took it to an antique dealer and had it appraised at $1800. He has had offers for it up to $5000. So whatever you do, dont shoot with it. ha,ha. Take it so an antiques dealer or two. Try to find one who's specialty is items from the WWII era. Hope I helped.
