Author: Very nervous to get in pool with no shirt. please help?
I'm afraid to get in the pool with no shirt on because I'm afraid of what people might say or think. I'm not fat, but I'm definitely not skinny. I have some chest fat but it's not like man boobs or anything. I workout often so I'm pretty muscular. I'm about 5' 11" maybe 6' 0 and I weigh about 185 so there's some extra baggage. I'm 14.
Any tips on how to look smaller overnight? any exercises? I just wanna make my chest fat seem lesser.

run your ass off, man. running is the best thing for anyone who wants to tighten their body up. make a habbit out of it. also, watch what you eat. people try so many stupid things to lose weight but running and eating healthy are the two most important things you can do. hope this helps
